- Business Clients (SMEs)
For our business clients, the refund eligibility is determined by the stage of the project:
Solution Development Phase:
During the initial technical consultation and solution design stage, business clients are entitled to a 7-day full refund guarantee. If you choose to terminate the partnership within 7 calendar days of the initial deposit or engagement date, 100% of the paid fees will be refunded.
Post-Contract & Finalized Solution:
Once the customized solution has been finalized and a formal execution contract has been signed, the project enters the procurement and engineering preparation stage. At this point, all payments become non-refundable. We encourage clients to review all technical specifications thoroughly before signing the contract.
- Residential Clients (Individual Households)
We offer flexible protection for our individual household customers to account for changes in home energy needs:
Prior to On-site Installation:
Residential customers are entitled to a 100% full refund at any time before our technical team begins the actual on-site installation process.
After Installation Commencement:
Once the installation team has arrived at the property and commenced work (including but not limited to unboxing equipment, mounting brackets, or laying wiring), the project is no longer eligible for a refund. Subsequent issues will be covered under our standard product warranty and service terms.
- Refund Procedure
Submission: Clients must submit a written refund request via email to [Insert Email Address] or through their designated Account Manager.
Verification: Our team will verify the current project status (contract signature status for businesses or installation status for households) within 3 business days.
Processing: Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
- General Provisions
Force Majeure: In the event that the project cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes), Zoenakai Inc. will negotiate a settlement based on actual costs incurred.
Modifications: Zoenakai Inc. reserves the right to update this policy. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.
